Salad Creation League – Chinmaya Hr. Sec. School, Satna** Chinmaya Hr. Sec. School, Satna organized an exciting and healthy activity titled **“Salad Creation League”** for the students of Classes 1st to 5th. The objective of this activity was to promote healthy eating habits while enhancing essential life skills among young learners. The event encouraged students to creatively prepare and decorate nutritious salads using fresh fruits and vegetables. With colorful ingredients and innovative ideas, the children showcased their imagination, teamwork, and presentation skills. Each participant enthusiastically explained the health benefits of the ingredients used in their salad, helping them build confidence and communication skills. The activity aimed to boost important life skills such as: * Creativity and Innovation** * Teamwork and Collaboration** * Decision-making and Planning** * Confidence and Public Speaking** * Awareness about Healthy Eating Habits** The school campus was filled with vibrant displays of beautifully decorated salads, reflecting the students’ effort and enthusiasm. Teachers appreciated the children’s creativity and guided them on the importance of balanced nutrition in daily life. The “Salad Creation League” was not just a fun-filled competition but also a meaningful learning experience that combined health, creativity, and life skill development in an engaging way.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro celebrated the endeavor of the festive session on 14th October 2025. The Middle Wing of the Vidyalaya shined with festive joy, as students came together to celebrate these two radiant festivals. The Tapovan Hall shimmered with devotion, lights and vibrant energy as the special assembly unfolded with divine enthusiasm and cultural splendour. The assembly began with the *morning prayer* and *birthday song*, setting a serene tone for the celebration.

On 13th October 2025, Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro family started the BUILDATHON Program with a great Zeal and Motivation. At First, a special Assembly was conducted in the morning with students of class 6 to 10. The Assembly echoed with the special VIKSIT BHARAT BUILDATHON JINGLE. Some students also showcased their creative mind with special hand made posters and slogans.

A special seminar was organized on the occasion of World Mental Health Day 2025 at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro. Mental health and its importance were discussed in detail. Senior Clinical Psychologist at Bokaro General Hospital, Dr. Subodh Kumar was the chief guest of the seminar. Acharya Swamini Swamini Samyuktananda Saraswati of Chinmaya Mission Bokaro, Chairman of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro Shri Biswarup Mukhopadhyay, Secretary Shri Mahesh Tripathi, Principal Shri Suraj Sharma, Deputy Principal Shri Narmendra Kumar and Head Master Shri Gopal Chandra Munshi were present. The program was conducted by Mrs. Supriya Chaudhary.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro bagged the first prizes in two categories at the BHARAT KO JANO QUIZ 2025, conducted by Bharat Vikash Parishad on 12th October 2025. Total of four students participated in senior and junior team and won the first prize in both the categories. Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro takes immense pride in the outstanding achievement of two of its young students in the prestigious International Letter Writing Competition organized by the Indian Postal Department in the month of March 2025. Aan Sahay of Class V-B secured the 2nd Prize and received a cash award of ₹10,000. While, Nishasya Raj of Class IV-G won the 3rd Prize and received a cash award of ₹5,000.

Chinmaya Master Trainer Program for senior teachers & principals of Chinmaya Vidyalayas & Vision Schools.

The Computer Science Department of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro, celebrated 'Cyber Jagrukta Diwas' on 8th October 2025, Wednesday. The program was held in the school's Swami Tapovan Auditorium. As part of this special awareness day, students in Class 7 were given detailed information about cybercrime and how to combat it. Meanwhile, Class 8 students participated in a special Quiz Competition, in which Group C won. Acharya Swamini Sanyuktananda Saraswati of Chinmaya Mission Bokaro, Shri Biswarup Mukhopadhyay, President of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro, Shri Mahesh Tripathi, Secretary, Shri Suraj Sharma, Principal, and Shri Narmendra Kumar, Vice Principal, were present during this special program.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro, hosted a city-level Gita Chanting Competition on Sunday, 5th October 2025. In this special competition, nine schools from across the district participated. Over 120 students demonstrated their recitation and memorization skills in this special competition, from which 36 were honored group wise. Acharya Swamini Sanyuktananda Saraswati of Chinmaya Mission Bokaro, President of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro - Shri Biswarup Mukhopadhyay, Treasurer of Chinmaya Mission Bokaro - Shri Rawat, Secretary of Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro - Shri Mahesh Tripathi, Principal Shri Suraj Sharma, Vice Principal Shri Narmendra Kumar and program coordinator Shri Sanjeev Mishra were present. The jury selected the winners based on their pronunciation, presentation, and other skills.

At Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro, on the joyful occasion of Dussehra, students of Classes 1 and 2 participated in a Wall Hanging Activity. With colourful paper cups, festive motifs and creative designs, the little ones made vibrant wall hangings that reflected the spirit of victory of good over evil.
