HARI SEVA
17-Dec-2025The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention.” With hearts full of compassion and minds awakened to service, our students experienced a beautiful lesson beyond textbooks. As part of our social responsibility initiative, the funds collected from the Ethnic Day Food Court, sale of cloth bags & accessories, and the Mehndi Corner were thoughtfully used to support the Palliative Care Centre at Nanniode Family Health Centre. Today, 48 class leaders from Classes 1 to 9 and Class 11, accompanied by our Principal, Administrative Officer, Headmistress, and teachers, visited the centre to donate essential items. This meaningful interaction opened young hearts to the realities of life, nurturing empathy, gratitude, and a spirit of selfless service. ✨ It was a moment where generosity found purpose, teamwork found meaning, and compassion became a living lesson. ✨ Our students witnessed firsthand how collective effort can bring comfort, care, and hope to those in need. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our dear parents for your unwavering support and encouragement. Together, we are shaping not just bright minds, but kind souls. “Service to humanity is service to the Divine.” 🌼 With gratitude and pride

ANNUAL EXHIBITION
15-Nov-2025Chinmaya Vidyalaya Kollengode proudly hosted its Annual Exhibition "DHISHANA - 2025" on 15th November, Saturday. This year’s exhibition marked the grand finale of a 15-day celebration of Chinmaya Vision Programme, "Ananda Chinmayam," which commemorated the inception of the Chinmaya Educational Movement. The exhibition was a true celebration of our students' scientific talent, innovative spirit, and the rich cultural heritage of India. From the wonders of nature to promoting healthy food culture, it was a showcase of creativity and knowledge. As part of Ananda Chinmayam, Vidyalaya donated an Oxygen Concentrator to the Pain & Palliative Unit of the Kollengode Family Health Center, further extending our care for the community. The exhibition was inaugurated by our esteemed Alumnus, Dr. Nandana, who also released the first edition of our Vidyalaya Blog Chimizhu. A special mention to Ms. Saranya Sivan (parent and Alumnus) for designing the logo of DHISHANA, and a heartfelt thank you to the 1985-86 Batch for their generous donation of a Colour Printer and Newspaper Stand. DHISHANA was a delightful experience for both our staff and students, and we’re excited to continue this journey of learning, growth, and service.
